  Clos Beylesse Rosé Cotes de Provence is a crown jewel when it comes to Rosé, and we’re always a fan of the consistently amazing quality coming from this producer. The grapes are harvested by hand at night only when the vineyard heat is at its lowest and then undergoes an ‘optical sorting’ process whereby the berries are virtually analyzed by a computer so that only the best ones actually make it into the wine.
