Wine Critic Reviews:

The 2010 Vaudesir from Domaine William Fevre had only been bottled the day before my tasting, but was clearly stunning (perhaps not yet having had the time to shut down after the mise). The reserved and superbly complex nose offers up scents of grapefruit, lime, chalky minerality, lemongrass and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine deep, full-bodied and very pure on the attack, with racy acids, excellent focus, great mid-palate density and a very, very long, perfectly balanced and bracing finish. A brilliant bottle of Vaudesir... John Gilman

Country France: Words fail us when trying to adequately portray France's place in the world of wine. It's downright impossible to imagine what wine would feel and taste like had it not been for France's many, many viticultural pioneers. Fine wine is the blood of France's vigorously beating heart, and it finds itself in many aspects of French culture. With a viticultural history that dates all the way back to the 6th century BC, France now enjoys its position as the most famous and reputable wine region on the planet. If you have a burning passion for masterfully crafted, mouth-watering, mind-expanding wines, then regular visits to France are probably already in your schedule, and for a good reason.
Producer W.Fevre: No wine lover could ever say no to a crisp glass of refreshing, delicious Chablis Chardonnay. Brighter than the sun's life-giving rays, the wine lures you in from the very first glance. Deeply respectful of the noble Chablis terroir, William Fevre produces some of the region's most desirable wines. Each sip carries a piece of Burgundy's countryside spirit, as though you're conversing with the land itself. These wines carry a playful elegance, and back it up with a powerful backbone, and an aromatic profile that's just out of this world. They're accessible enough for a casual dinner with your friends and compelling enough for deep, thorough exploration. Whether you wish to drink or collect, William Fevre never disappoints, as we're sure your local wine experts will agree once they see what's in your cellar.
