Abruzzi’s best and fittest are the native varietals of Trebbiano and Montepulciano.Trebbiano is a hardly predictable, mysterious grape used all over Italy in some of the most interesting white wines produced in the country. For those who prefer reds, but not the overwhelming kind, Montepulciano is an excellent choice. Saturated in color with a gentle berry flavor profile and very refined tannins, this charming wine pairs well with food or an intimate gathering with friends, in true spirit of Italy. "
