(Georges is Henri Jayer’s brother; malo done but not yet racked) Good bright red. Subtle, pure aromas of red fruits and spices. Juicy, spicy and rather polite, with a restrained sweetness and moderate flesh to the red fruit flavors. Spreads out nicely on the back end but shows a faint dry edge today.
