my new favorite wineI think I just found my new favorite wine! This wine packs more punch than a horse kick and is as acidic as they come. It’s lively and refreshing, and it was light enough for my boyfriend and me to breeze through two bottles in one night. It’s great for setting the mood just right, and we’ll be coming back for more very soon! The smokey acidity pairs well with the floral aromatics, creating a wonderful aromatic bouquet, and a remarkable drinking experience.
If you like Champagne of any kind, you’re bound to enjoy this vintage. I can’t find the words to praise it even higher…
interesting drinking experienceWhile it may not be my favorite sparkling wine to date, this one was certainly an interesting drinking experience. Flowers on the nose, smoke throughout – it’s a slender, straightforward specimen with a lot of high points. The most prominent flavors are those of white flowers, citrus, and crushed minerals. It takes a hot minute for the flavors to fully come out, but after that, it’s smooth sailing.
I almost underestimated this vintage, but it’s quite a little gem. I will definitely be investing in more of these, especially since the upcoming months are packed with some friends’ birthdays. This vintage has all it takes to steal an evening.
