  The latest vintage, 2023 Lucien Crochet Sancerre, just arrived. It’s downright delicious and is one you should add into your spring / summer wine rotation! It has a beautiful nose of pear, tangerine, minerals, spices and anise. The palate is dense, supple, and focused blending salty minerality with sweet citrus and orchard fruit flavors. The mouthfeel is lush and full, culminating in a finish with clarity and mineral-driven length. This vintage is crisp and clear and pairs so well with seafood and shellfish dishes.

  Warm weather has finally arrived, and a delicious bottle of Chablis pairs well with sunshine! We have one of the largest inventories of fine and rare wine in the U.S., and that includes the absolute best Chablis.

  William Fevre is the master of Chablis, a benchmark producer and is well-known for producing exceptional wines. "If I had to pick one Chablis producer that can age, it would be Fevre (also Raveneau & Dauvissat, but they are in a different price category). “No other Domaine comes even remotely close to matching what Fevre owns - it’s literally the best of the best, or perhaps the phrase crème de la crème is more appropriate.” - Allen Meadows, Burghound
