William Fevre is the master of Chablis, a benchmark producer and is well-known for producing exceptional wines. Founded in 1957 by William Fevre, this estate is made up of 78 hectares with both Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots. Fevre’s wines very much reflect the region’s unique terroir. Under the direction of winemaker, Didier Seguier, the estate focuses on organic and biodynamic practices.
