    Wine critic James Suckling recently released his top wines from Chile 2023, and out of 100 wines, 2021 Sena was awarded the #1 spot! We’re excited to bring you this 100 pointer, the only Chilean wine to earn a perfect 100 point score this year.

    Sena is a unique, 700-case-per-year Bordeaux style made in the Aconcagua Valley just north of Santiago, originally founded by Eduardo Chadwick in cooperation with the late American wine icon, Robert Mondavi. Together, Chadwick and Mondavi set out to reach the full potential of Chile’s wine country by creating an iconic Chilean wine. And in fact, they did! Mondavi and Chadwick searched for four years to find the perfect terroir! In 1997, they released Sena for the first time (vintage 1995), and it set the benchmark for premium Chilean wine.
